Lonely is normal

In Uncategorized on 05/29/2012 at 6:33 am

Seven years as a bartender taught me a few things. I wondered, why do humans risk a DUI by driving to the bar, and pay 40% more for booze when they could just go to Liquor Land and drink at home? As a radio listener, why do I listen to Tom Kent or Scott Shannon? Why don’t I listen exclusively to my CDs and MP3s? Because I’m human (somewhat) and humans are lonely. You’re lonely, I’m lonely, the Secret Service is lonely. If someone tells you they’re never lonely you’re being hoodwinked.
